His plant in Roanne, France receives the very best varieties of cocoa beans from around twenty tropical regions of the world. Converting cocoa beans into chocolate is a long process and requires a lot of know-how. Pralus offers both deep milk (45% cocoa content) and deep dark chocolates (starting at 75% and ranging to 100% cocoa). Our staff's favorite is the exceptional Indonesie, Madagascar and of course the 100% Criollo bar. An excellent choice for a serious chocolate enthusiast.
