We recently discovered a delicious new blog by a very talented journalist Megan Giller called Chocolate Noise. Ms Giller has taken on a massive project of capturing the essence of America's craft chocolate revolution by profiling fifteen visionary US based chocolate bean to bar makers. The first few picks are stellar as Askinosie, Rogue and of course the addictive Taza are all our favorites. We look forward to seeing who else makes the cut. May even start doing our own in store voting system on who will be the next month's pick.
