The second half transitions into a guided creative session led by an award-winning artist, educator, and sustainable gallery founder. With a career that bridges the worlds of fine art, mindfulness, and education, she has spent decades helping individuals and organizations combat burnout and rediscover joy through her signature SPARK methodology. In this tactile art-making session, participants translate their sensory impressions into a personal visual reflection — a lasting reminder of the balance between awareness and creative flow.
