A 90-minute hosted chocolate and whiskey tasting experience for 50 guests, designed to engage, educate, and delight. This chocolate-centric experience combines fine craft chocolate, premium whiskey, guided tasting, and interactive education to create a memorable addition to a December celebration.
The experience begins with a guided tasting of fine flavor craft chocolate from globally award-winning, ethically sourced makers. Guests will explore a curated lineup of exceptional chocolates while learning how cacao, origin, roasting, ingredients, and craftsmanship influence flavor and texture. Each chocolate is selected to showcase a distinctive flavor profile and create an engaging foundation for pairing.
From there, the experience introduces a lineup of premium whiskeys, creating a unified chocolate and whiskey tasting journey. Guests will enjoy an approachable Whiskey 101 presentation exploring the differences between Bourbon, Scotch, Rye, and other whiskey styles, while discovering how grain, production methods, region, aging, and craftsmanship influence the character and flavor of each spirit.
The whiskey tasting will feature two distinctly different premium styles:
• Premium American Bourbon
• Premium Aged Scotch Whisky
The whiskey selections will be sourced from established premium brands at a quality level comparable to well-regarded upper-premium and luxury offerings eg Macallan and Woodford Reserve as examples. Final selections will be determined based on availability and, most importantly, their ability to create exceptional pairings with the featured chocolates.
Together, the chocolate and whiskey selections create an interactive tasting experience that demonstrates how contrasting and complementary flavors can elevate both the food and the spirit.

What Is Included: Each Kit Is Presented in a Take-Home Gift Package and Contains:
- A lineup of five exceptional craft chocolate bars (full size/factory sealed/Not Tasting Samples) from globally award-winning, ethically sourced makers.
- Two distinctly different whiskey sample pours selected to complement and contrast with the chocolates while illustrating fundamental food and beverage pairing principles.
- Three blind tasting activities featuring unique chocolate samples outside the main five-bar tasting lineup. This interactive element encourages audience participation and creates an opportunity for lively dialogue between guests and the educator.
- A take-home tasting card and flavor wheel providing tips for tasting, identifying flavors, and better understanding both whiskey and fine flavor chocolate.
