Details of the proposed fine flavor cacao chocolate, bonbon and wine experience on 12/5 for a four hour engagement follows below. (Time table: two hours pop up hosted experience and one hour to set up and one hour to breakdown)
Pop Up Experience: The format is a diverse tasting station with food and beverage educator offering various tasting stations that guests can peruse and engage with in formal or informal tasting experiences based on the guest individual interests. Pop up experience is more social while still ensuring that it is a richer experience both in selection of offerings and education - not a catered table of chocolate and wine. Our team's knowledge along with the portfolio of ethically sourced chocolate products is what makes the experience unique. This experience is different than a formal workshop with a lecture series on the subject of chocolate and wine.
The engagement would offer the following:
- Two varieties of wines sourced to complement the chocolate menu selected for the event - sampling of poured wines for guests to taste as they explore the global chocolate menu
- 8 Artisan Chocolate (3 allergen/dietary offerings such as gluten free/vegan/dairy free/Kosher/Soy Free) (five classic offerings spanning both unique inclusions and purist origin offerings)
- Bonbon Assortment Platter for 25 guests - Hand painted turtles assorted filling
- Chocolate Sommelier for a two hour guided pop up experience
- Deconstructed chocolate station an extra complimentary offering for guests booking the experience above. Allows guests to taste the chocolate's journey from tree to the final indulgence.
